本硕层次学徒制:英国高层次应用型人才培养的另辟蹊径 被引量:27

Degree-level Apprenticeships:The Innovative Pathways for Professional Talents Cultivation in Britain

摘要 作为英国职业教育最初始形态和表现形式的学徒制近几年得到蓬勃发展,其创新产物高等学徒制有望成为与传统大学教育"分庭抗礼"的应用型人才培养路径。六、七级学徒制是高等学徒制的最高等级,根据其人才培养方案,完成学业的学徒生将获得学士、硕士层次的学历证书与职业证书,其应用型综合技能在学习过程中也将得以全面提升。在卡梅伦联合政府及其社会精英协作伙伴的合力推动下,六、七级学徒制在英国的发展渐呈初兴之势,我国高层次应用型人才培养工作可从中获得启示与借鉴。 Apprenticeship was the initial form of vocational education in Britain, which experienced several rises and falls. The innovative higher apprenticeship has become the pro- fessional talents' cultivation pathway which is equivalent with traditional university educa- tion. Level 6 and level 7 higher apprentices are at the top of higher apprenticeships, which would confer the corresponding apprentices the degree of bachelors and masters as well as the vocational certificates according to the talents cultivation program. Cameron coalition government and its elite partners promoted the development of degree level higher appren- ticeship. Our vocational education can benefit from these experiences.
