摘要
职业教育对于促进国家和地区的经济增长具有重要作用。工业4.0时代的到来,对职业院校学生的创新创业能力提出了更高的要求,而职业院校学生在技术开发和创新创业能力方面存在短板。该文基于教学工厂的职业院校创业教育模式为解决这一问题提供了新的路径。基于教学工厂的职业院校创业教育模式利用行业企业和职业院校的多种资源,以培养和提升职业院校学生创新创业能力为目标,能够为学生创新创业提供真实的实践环境,为职业院校师生实现技术创新与商业运营的结合提供条件和支持,对提升职业院校学生的创新创业能力具有推广价值和示范意义。
Vocational education plays an important role in promoting national and regional economic growth.With the development of the era of Industry 4.0,higher level of requirements has been put forward for the ability of vocational college graduates in innovation and entrepreneurship,while the lack of technology development and entrepreneurship management ability in vocational education graduates appears to be a problem.The entrepreneurial education model of vocational colleges based on teaching factory provides a new way to solve this problem.The entrepreneurial education model of vocational colleges based on teaching factories,which utilizes various resources of industrial enterprises and vocational colleges,aims at cultivating and improving the soft skills of graduates of vocational colleges such as innovation and entrepreneurship,can provide a real practical environment for graduates'innovation and entrepreneurship,and provide conditions and support for teachers and students of vocational colleges to realize the combination of technological innovation and business operation.It is exemplary for vocational colleges to improve graduates'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
