摘要
目的了解北京市东城区2013-2017年猩红热的流行特征,为确保猩红热疫情及时、规范和科学处置,防止出现疫情的扩散和蔓延提供依据。方法结合猩红热病例监测数据进行描述性统计分析。结果 2013-2017年北京市东城区报告现住址为本区的临床诊断病例482例,年平均发病率为10. 02/10万,4～8岁年龄组发病率最高,占发病总数的81. 33%,男性多于女性。发病以学生为主(63. 28%,305/482),其次是托幼儿童(25. 93%,125/482)和散居儿童(9. 75%,47/482)。全年发病季节特点明显,呈双峰分布。结论东城区4～8岁儿童是猩红热发病的高危人群,应在每年的发病高峰前加强预防控制措施,避免暴发疫情。
Objective Analysis on the epidemiological characteristics of scarlet fever from 2013 to 2017 in Dongcheng district of Beijing,to ensure the timely,standard and scientific treatment of scarlet fever,and to provide the basis on preventing the spread of epidemic disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was carried out on the monitoring data of scarlet fever in Dongcheng district during this period. Results A total of 482 cases of scarlet fever were reported at present address in Dongcheng district of Beijing from 2013 to2017,with the average annual incidence of 10. 02/105. The highest incidence rate was found in the age group of 4-8 years old,morbidity was accounted for 81. 33% of the total number( 482 cases). Male showed higher constituent ratio. The most professional distribution were students,accounted for 6 3. 28%( 305/482),the preschool children and scattered children were the next,accounted for 25. 93%( 125/482) and 9. 75%( 47/482) respectively. Scarlet fever showed the obvious seasonal feature. There were double peak seasons throughout the yea. Conclusion The 4 to 8 years old male children in Dongcheng district were at a high risk of suffering scarlet fever,so we should pay attention to the health education before the outbreak in the highrisk groups.
