摘要
从维特根斯坦的"意义即使用"观来看,当前词义研究不重视"人的主观因素"对词义理解和表达的影响,前人研究存在两个不足之处,即不重视"受话人意义"和只问"用法"不问"意义"。针对二语学习者的调查表明,他们在词义储存、表达和理解方面受到主观因素和词汇用法影响,佐证了"意义即使用"观的合理性。因此,"意义即使用"观对于从词典功能和使用角度探讨双语学习词典的释义具有重要的启示。
From the perspective of Meaning as Use put forward by Wittgenstein,the impact of subjective factors on comprehension and expression has not been highlighted in the previous semantic studies. These studies suffer two weaknesses. One is that they pay little attention to the listeners’ interpretation of words. The other is that they only focus on the use of words instead of lexical meaning. The investigation of EFL learners ’ understanding and expression of lexical meanings also supports this theory. Based on the theoretical discussion and the findings from the empirical study,it then discusses the representation of lexical meanings in bilingual learners’ dictionaries from multiple aspects.
