摘要
术后感染一直是困扰外科医师的一大难题,抗菌药物的预防性应用能有效地降低感染的发生率。但抗菌药物若使用不当或滥用,不仅不能预防手术切口感染,反而会引起耐药菌株的大量出现,给患者带来危险甚至危及生命。因此加强围手术期预防应用抗菌药物的管理,提高抗菌药物使用的合理性非常重要。本文主要对国内围手术期抗菌药物应用现状、抗菌药物不合理应用的原因以及管理对策进行探讨,以期为围手术期抗菌药物的合理应用和有效管理提供依据。
Postoperative infection has been a major problem for surgeons.Prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents can effectively reduce the infection,but if used improperly or abused,this would not only cannot prevent surgical incision infection,but cause a large number of drug-resistant strains which would be dangerous for patients.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the management of antibiotics during the perioperative period and improve the rational use of antimicrobial agents.This article mainly discusses the domestic application status of antibacterial drugs during the perioperative period,the reasons for unreasonable application of antimicrobial agents and the management strategy,so as to provide the basis for the rational application and effective management of antibiotics during the perioperative period.
