摘要 教师职前培养作为教师教育的重要组成部分,对我国教师教育的发展起着重要作用。教师职前培养机制应包括逻辑起点、内在范式、关键事件和核心动力,其中逻辑起点是其教师职前培养的取向,内在范式是主体,关键事件为其课程,核心动力则涉及评估。当前我国教师职前培养存在师范院校教育理念落后、教师职前培养课程结构不合理、轻视师范院校教师教育素养、师范生教育实践缺乏等问题,可以通过创新教师职前培养模式、创建合理评价机制、建构"顶天立地"培养理念、重视师范生实践活动课程等予以改善。 As an important component of teacher education,teachers' pre-service training plays a vital role in the development of teacher education.In the training mechanism,the logical starting point is the orientation of the training,the main content is the internal paradigm,the crucial events are the courses,and the major motivation includes the assessment.There are some problems in the present training of pre-service teachers in China.At present,normal schools lag behind in their educational conception.The other problems include the improper structure of training curriculum,insufficient practice of the undergraduate students in normal schools and so on.The corresponding measures should be taken to solve all the existing problems.
