摘要
通过近年来不断地探索和实践,我国预制箱梁建设从单一工序机械化施工逐步转向全工序机械化施工,机械化水平不断提高,但应用范围主要局限于钢筋加工设备配置简易,自动化程度不高;传统张拉压浆设备,以人工操作为主,难于精确控制张拉力,信息反馈不准确等;静载设备结构自重大,人为因素影响较大等特点。因此对预制箱梁施工的进度提升和质量控制并不显著。
Through continuous exploration and practice in recent years,the construction of prefabricated box girders in China has gradually changed from single-process mechanized construction to full-process mechanized construction,and the level of mechanization has been constantly improved,but the application scope is mainly limited to the simple configuration of steel processing equipment, and the automation level is not high;the traditional tensioning and grouting equipment,with manual operation.It is difficult to control tension accurately and information feedback is inaccurate.The structure of static load equipment is self-weight and human factors have great influence.Therefore,the progress and quality control ofprecast box girder construction are not significant.
