摘要
我国预制箱梁施工技术从以前的单一工序转变为了现代的全工序化施工,显著提高了整体施工技术体系的机械化与现代化水平。在当前我国高速公路施工体系中,预制箱梁是一项非常重要的施工模块,很大程度上决定了工程质量与品质。结合具体的项目工程介绍了预制箱梁施工技术的应用,以及每一个施工工序与环节的具体施工内容,还探讨了在应用预制箱梁专项施工技术时应注意的问题。
The construction technology of precast box girder in China has changed from the previous single process to the modern whole process construction, which has significantly improved the mechanization and modernization level of the whole construction technology system.In the current expressway construction system in China, prefabricated box girder is a very important construction module, which also determines the quality of the final project to a large extent.In this paper, the concrete application of prefabricated box girder construction technology in combination with specific project projects and project information has been explained, and the concrete construction content of each construction process and link has been introduced.Finally, the problems that should be paid attention to when using the special construction technology of prefabricated box girder have been discussed.
