摘要
针对铁路桥梁预应力张拉质量难以有效控制的现状,结合数据信息化管理平台的预应力施工信息化技术,采用了先进的自动张拉设备,实现了预应力张拉环节的智能化施工、张拉数据的信息化管理和张拉质量的闭环管理,显著提高了铁路桥梁的生产制作水平。该技术可为构建铁路施工大数据平台积累数据,为BIM技术的融合和拓展提供支持。
According to the situation that there is no effective method to control the prestress quality in railway bridge construction,prestress construction information technology was used,which combined advanced automatic prestress equipment with data information management platform. It is able to achieve intelligent construction in prestress period,information management of prestress data and closed loop management of prestress quality,which highly improve the construction levels of railway bridge building. T he technology can be collected data for building railway construction big data platform,and provided integration and development for BIM ( Building Information Modeling) technology.
