摘要
对企业社会化媒体(ESM)这一新兴领域,从内涵、特征的角度爬梳一些基本概念和性质,进一步从研究视角、层次、主题和方法 4个维度探讨ESM的研究现状,并结合业界和学界对ESM本质的探索来展望其未来发展趋势。以期对研究者了解ESM现状和把握未来研究趋势、洞察ESM对经营管理的影响提供一些启示。
To the emerging area of enterprise social media(ESM),this paper reviews the basic concepts and properties of ESM from the perspective of connotation and characteristics, discusses the present research situation of ESM from four dimensions of research angle, level, theme and method, looks forward to its future development trend by combining with the industry and academic exploration of the nature of ESM. The purpose of this study is to provide some enlightenment for researchers to understand the current situation of ESM, grasp the future research trends and insight into the impact of ESM on business management.
