摘要
从2007年上海市开展专利管理工程师职称资格考核认定开始,全国陆续已有10多个省份开展知识产权(专利)工程师专业技术职称资格评审认定工作。从上海市、安徽省、深圳市三地的调查看,存在着专业技术职称资格名称不统一、取得方式不一致、认定的工程师数量偏少等问题。因此,有必要从实际出发,调查企事业单位知识产权(专利)工程师培养的现状,针对存在的问题提出对策与建议,以促进知识产权(专利)工程师的培养与发展。
Since Shanghai initiated the title assessment and qualification evaluation for patent management engineer in 2007, there has been more than ten provincial-level regions have successively conducted the professional & technical title assessment and qualification evaluation for IPR(patent)engineer professional in China. Based on investigation of the certified IPR(patent) engineer in Shanghai, Anhui Province and Shenzhen, there are a lot of problems such as inconsistent name of the professional & technical title and qualification, different obtaining approaches, less certified engineer numbers, etc. Therefore, we need to start from the practice and investigate the training status quo at the enterprises and institutions, thus we can provide certain countermeasures and proposals to promote the training and development of IPR(patent) engineer.
