摘要
目的:对五年制临床医学生在妇产科实习阶段进行集中岗前技能强化培训,探讨该模式在五年制妇产科临床实习中的应用效果。方法:将中山大学附属第三医院2011级、2012级五年制100名实习医生,随机分成50人设为对照组,采取传统带教模式,将同校同级实习医师50人纳入观察组,采取集中岗前技能强化培训,分别于妇产科实习结束前发放满意度问卷。结果:观察组出科考技能考核成绩、沟通能力得分及对实习带教模式满意度均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:岗前技能强化培训模式可提高实习医师临床技能及医患沟通能力,可加深学生对知识的理解,提高学生对妇产科的兴趣及学习动力。
Objective: The five-year clinical medical students will conduct intensive pre-job skills intensive training in the obstetrics and gynaecology internship stage to explore the application effect of this model in the five-year clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: 100 interns from 2011 and 2012 of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were randomly divided into 50 groups as the control group. The traditional teaching mode was adopted,and 50 interns from the same school were included in the observation group. Take intensive pre-job skills intensive training and issue satisfaction questionnaires before the end of the maternity and obstetrics internship. RESULTS: The observation group’s skills assessment scores,communication ability scores and satisfaction with the internship teaching mode were higher in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Pre-employment skills intensive training mode can improve the clinical skills and communication skills of interns and obstetrics and gynecology,which can deepen students’ understanding of obstetrics and gynaecology knowledge and improve students’ interest and motivation in obstetrics and gynaecology.
