摘要
针对弹药保障信息化、实战化人才培养需求,以提高弹药保障综合演练实效为目的,整合优化演练教学资源,研发弹药保障实训系统,构建了集专业岗位认知、实践技能强化、信息系统运用于一体的弹药保障综合演练实训教学平台,全方位培养学员专业知识、实践能力和综合素质,为学员适应新军事变革需求和第一任职需要打下坚实基础。
In view of the needs of the informationization and actual combat talent training for the ammunition support and with the aim of the improvement of the actual effect of the comprehensive drill of the ammunition support,the drill teaching resources are integrated and optimized.The ammunition support training system is developed,and the teaching platform of the comprehensive drill of ammunition support is constructed,which integrates the professional position cognition,practical skill enhancement and information system application as one.The all-round training of students’professional knowledge,practical ability and comprehensive quality is carried out,and a solid foundation for students to adapt to the needs of the new military reform and the needs of their first post is laid.
