摘要
针对电致发光缺陷检测仪检测技术中技术指标难以量化的问题,开发出了电致发光缺陷检测仪检测软件,可对电致发光缺陷检测仪拍摄所得图像进行分析,自动判别分辨率,计算调制传递函数。并且通过使用电致发光缺陷检测仪进行目视验证试验,结果表明对于分辨率,本文所介绍的软件判别结果与目视判别结果基本一致,并且对于目视判别难以准确判别的图样,软件能够很好的进行判别,软件判别能够取代目视判别。该软件能够提高电致发光缺陷检测仪检测准确度。
Photovoltaic modules electroluminescent defect detector test software has been developed to solve the problem of difficult quantification of indicators. The image captured by electroluminescent defect detector can be analyzed,the resolution can be automatically discriminate,and the modulation transfer function can be calculated by software. And test experiment for software has been carried out,the result shows that results of software discrimination and visual discrimination are basically the same,and the software can distinguish the pattern which is difficult to be distinguished by the visual discrimination,and the software discrimination can replace the visual discrimination. The software can improve the detection accuracy of the electroluminescent defect detector.
