光伏电站现场组件红外和电致发光测试的统计分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对某个平铺于彩钢瓦屋顶的分布式光伏电站进行红外热成像全检和EL抽检,对检测结果进行汇总统计分析,发现热斑组件与屋顶排放废气导致的局部灰尘遮挡有关,两个组件厂提供的组件分别存在严重的虚焊、PID效应和明暗片问题,三个施工方中其中一个的施工质量明显较另两个更为规范。由此可见,初期合理的设计、选择优质的组件供应商和规范的EPC承建方对于分布式电站的建设至关重要。 In this paper, infrared thermal imaging inspection and EL testing are implemented in distributed photovohaic power station on steel tile roof, and data are analyzed. It is found that the hot spots on modules may be related to partial dust shielding caused by the emission from the roof. Problems including serious welding, PID effect and shading are found in the modules provided by the two manufactures respectively. Among the three constructors, one of the construction quality is significantly better than the other two. Thus it can be seen that, proper design, selection of qualify module suppliers and standard EPC contractors are crucial to the construction of distributed power plants.
