摘要
SMT表面贴片安装产品的质量缺陷类别、表现、国外AOI产品的参数指标都是AOI国产化研究所需要弄清的内容,本文列举了其所有可能的缺陷、原因和相应的AOI检测方法。文章还列举了主要国内外AOI设备的硬件和技术性能指标参数,可供国内AOI研究开发者参考。
To investigate defects in SMT assembly is important for AOI developing. This paperlists the all defects and corresponding AOI inspecting methods. Meanwhile, it lists componentsin AOI device and specifications of main nameplate AOI equipments, which can be references fornative AOI research.
