摘要
民心相通是"一带一路""五通三同"建设中的"社会与人文"部分。民心相通可以从"国相交、民相亲、心相通"三个层次和三个维度来理解,即全球化时代的国家与地区之间的交往与合作的共商、共建方式,"一带一路"建设中不同国家和机构间对于民生社会事业的共担、共治责任,不同国民之间的人文社会往来中的文化融合并蓄的共享、共美理念。做好民心相通工作,有助于实现国际社会的利益共同体、责任共同体、命运共同体三大目标。
"People are connected with each other"is the "social and humanities"part of the work to build all-round connectivity under the "Belt and Road"initiative.The people-to-people connectivity can be understood from the three levels and dimensions of "state exchange,non-governmental friendship,and mutual trust",which respectively correspond to the way of cooperation and codevelopment between countries and.regions in the era of globalization,the shared responsibility and co-governance responsibility of the countries and institutions engaged in the initiative for people's livelihood and social undertakings,and the cultural integration due to the cultural and social exchanges between the people from those countrie.Doing the work of people-to-people connectivity well will help to achieve the international society's goal of the community of shared interests,responsibility,and destiny.
