摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术分析治疗先兆流产中医用药规律。方法检索近10年中医药治疗先兆流产相关文献,采用SPSS16.0和SPSS clementine 12.0对数据进行描述分析和关联规则分析。结果检索到符合条件文献50篇,分析发现使用频次≥20次的有9种中药,主要是补虚药;性味多属甘、温,多归肝、肾和脾经。经关联规则分析发现:中医治疗先兆流产以补肾健脾、固冲安胎为主。结论基于关联规则方法可挖掘方药治疗先兆流产的用药特点和规律,对临床中医治疗先兆流产具有重要的参考意义。
Objective To analyze the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating threatened abortion based on data mining technology.Methods The past 10 years literatures on the treatment of threatened abortion of Chinese medicine are collected.The association rules are analyzed with SPSS16.0 and SPSS Clementine 12.0. Results 50 eligible literatures are collected,and data mining found that there are 9 kinds of Chinese medicine using frequency more than 20 times,and the use rate of supplementing deficiency drugs is the highest.The main tastes are sweet and warm,and the literature analysis found that the treatment of threatened abortion is related to liver,kidney and spleen.The analysis of association rules shows that supplementing the kidney,strengthening the spleen,and strengthening the tire are basic rules in treating threatened abortion.Conclusion Association rules-can be used to explore the characteristics and rules of prescriptions in the treatment of threatened abortion,which is of great significance for clinical Chinese medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion.
