摘要
目的运用数据挖掘方法分析预防呼吸道感染性疾病中药香囊处方的组方规律,为临床应用及新药研发提供参考。方法采用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件Aprior算法对处方组成药物进行关联规则分析,使用SPSS Statistic 25.0进行系统聚类分析,寻求高频药物组合,同时利用Gephi 0.9.2进行复杂网络分析,寻求核心中药。结果预防呼吸道感染的中药香囊组方,药物多以性温,味辛,归脾、胃、肺经药为主;高频中药性状皆具香气,分布于解表药、化湿药、开窍药等类别;关联规则、聚类分析及复杂网络分析结果显示“苍术、石菖蒲、白芷、藿香、艾叶”为中药香囊核心药物组合。结论预防呼吸道感染的中药香囊组方多以苍术、石菖蒲、白芷、藿香、艾叶为核心药物组合,共奏预防功效。
Objective To analyze the prescription pattern of traditional Chinese medicine sachet preventing respiratory tract infection by data mining,and to provide reference for clinical application and new drug research and development.Methods The Aprior algorithm of SPSS Modeler 18.0 software is used to analyze the association rules of medicine,and SPSS 25.0 is used for hierarchical cluster analysis to seek for high-frequency medicine combination.Meanwhile,complex network analysis is conducted using Gephi 0.9.2 to seek for core TCM.Results Most of the TCM sachet prescriptions to prevent respiratory tract infection are mainly composed of warm in nature,pungent in flavor,attributive to lung,spleen and stomach meridians.The high frequency medicine properties are totally with aroma,which are distributed in diaphoretics or exterior syndrome relieving medicines,dampness resolving medicines,resuscitative medicines,etc.The core medicine combinations which is"Atractylodis Rhizoma,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,Pogostemonis Herba,Artemisiae Argyi Folium"are obtained by association rules,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Conclusion Medicines of TCM sachet for preventing respiratory tract infection are mostly based on the core medicine combination,such as"Atractylodis Rhizoma,Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,Pogostemonis Herba,Artemisiae Argyi Folium",and play a preventive role collectively.
