摘要
目的研究某复方软胶囊对缺铁性贫血大鼠的改善作用。方法依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》国食药监保化[2012]107号中的方法,建立缺铁性贫血的大鼠模型。选取血红蛋白(Hb)低于100g/L的40只大鼠,将其随机分为4组,每组l0只,即贫血模型对照组,高、中、低剂量组。每组喂饲低铁饲料和去离子水,分别经口给予去离子水及样品。30d后,测量各组动物血红蛋白水平及红细胞中游离原卟啉含量,观察动物的生长和对体重的影响。结果高剂量组大鼠血红蛋白含量(103.41±9.71)g/L、红细胞中游离原卟啉含量(366.48±21.70)μg/L与低铁对照组(血红蛋白含量(87.22±7.02)g/L,红细胞中游离原卟啉含量(411.40±39.06)μg/L比较差异有统计学意义(F=5.795,P<0.05;F=4.119,P<0.05);3个剂量组血红蛋白前后升高幅度平均为10.55g/L。结论该复方软胶囊具有改善大鼠缺铁性贫血的作用。
Objective To study the effects of a compound soft capsule product on iron deficiency anemia inanimals. Methods According to the method in the Technical Standard for Health Food Inspection andEvaluation,rat models with iron deficiency anemia were established. Forty rats with a hemoglobin ( Hb) contentlower than 100 g/L were randomly divided into four groups ( 10 rats in each group) ,an anemia model controlgroup and high,medium and low dose groups. Animals in each group were fed with low iron feed and deionizedwater. Deionized water and different dosages were orally given to the rats,respectively. After 30 days,thehemoglobin level and the content of free protoporphyrin in red blood cells in each group of animals wererespectively measured,and the growth of animals and effects on body weight were observed. Results There weresignificant differences in hemoglobin content and free intracellular protoporphyrin between the high-dose group( 103. 41±9. 71) g/L,( 366. 48±21. 70) μg/L and the low-iron group ( 87. 22±7. 02) g/L, ( 411. 40±39. 06) μg/L ( F=5. 795,P<0. 05; F=4. 119,P<0. 05) . The average increase of hemoglobin in the threedose groups was more than 10 g/L. Conclusion The compound soft capsule can improve iron deficiency anemiain rats.
