摘要
研究番茄红素茶多酚组合物对小鼠辐射危害的辅助保护作用。方法:按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)"对辐射危害有辅助保护功能试验"的相关规定,选用昆明种雄性小鼠,设低、中、高三个剂量组,分别为样品人体推荐剂量5倍、10倍、30倍,另设辐射模型对照组。结果:外周血白细胞计数实验结果阴性,小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验结果阳性,血清溶血素含量实验结果阳性。结论:根据判定原则,认为样品番茄红素茶多酚组合物对小鼠的辐射危害有辅助保护功能。
To study the auxiliary protective effect of lycopene tea polyphenolic composition on radiation hazard in mice.Methods:According to the"Technical Specifications for the Inspection and Evaluation of Health Foods"(2003 edition),"The test for the auxiliary protective function of radiation hazard",Kunming male mice were selected,and the three dose groups of low,medium and high were set as samples.The human body recommended doses of 5 times,10 times,30 times,and a radiation model control group.Results:Peripheral blood leukocyte count test results were negative,mouse bone marrow cells micronucleus test results were positive,serum hemolysin content test results were positive.Conclusions:According to the principle of determination,it is considered that the sample lycopene tea polyphenol composition has an auxiliary protective function on the radiation hazard of mice.
