摘要
国家高度重视战略性新兴产业的发展。本文分析了七大战略性新兴产业之一的新能源光伏产业的发展现状和人才培养的迫切性。论述了常州大学光伏科学与技术学科的工程人才培养案例:充分利用所属区域的光伏产业优势和产学研合作人才培养模式的优势,改革工程教育模式,在培养国家战略新兴产业工程人才方面大胆探索和实践,取得较好的培养效果。最后,结合自身情况,提出工程教育的进一步思考和建议。
China attaches great importance to the development of strategic emerging industries.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of new energy photovoltaic industry,the urgency of talent training,and takes the engineering talents training of Photovoltaic Science and Technology in Changzhou University as an example.ChangzhouUniversity has made full use of the advantages of photovoltaic industry in the region and the advantages of talents training mode of production, education & research ,reformed its engineering education mode,and achieved good results in the exploration of the engineering talents training in strategic emerging industries.Finally,this paper puts forward further reflections and suggestions on engineering education.
