摘要
利用金相显微镜观察、XRD物相分析和洛氏硬度测试等方法,研究了不同软化温度处理后的Cr26高铬铸铁组织和硬度。结果表明:在800~950℃×lh炉冷至室温的软化处理后,Cr26高铬铸铁均得到珠光体+莱氏体+少量二次M7C3型碳化物组织;硬度由铸态的50HRC下降到软化后的36HRC;最佳软化工艺为860~920℃×1h炉冷,硬度是36HRC。
The microstructure and hardness of Cr26 high chromium cast iron after softening treatment at different temperatures were investigated by metallographic microscope observation,XRD phase analysis and Rockwell hardness test. The results show that after the softening treatment of 800-950℃×l h and furnace cooling to room temperature,the pearlite+ledeburite+a small amount of secondary M7C3 carbides in Cr26high chromium cast iron are obtained;the hardness decreases from 50 HRC (as-cast)to 36 HRC (after softening);the best softening treatment process is 860-920℃×1h and furnace cooling,and hardness is 36 HRC.
