摘要
论述了哈密煤电公司大南湖一矿矿井水水质特点,通过朗格利尔饱和指数法、斯蒂夫和大卫饱和指数法、过饱和指数法以及O-T饱和指数法对其水质结垢趋势进行理论计算,并对水样进行了恒温水浴加热浓缩实验,了解其浓缩倍率、加热温度与析垢特性的关系,为矿井水处理工艺系统设计及软化工艺参数选择提供了重要依据。
This paper discusses the characteristics of mine water in No.1 Dananhu Coal Mine of Hami Coal and Electricity Company.The Langelier saturation index method,S&DSI index method,supersaturation index method and O-T saturation index method are used to calculate the water scaling tendency theoretically.The experiments of water sample heating and concentrating on constant temperature water bath were carried out to study the relationships between concentration ratio,heating temperature and scaling characteristics,which provided an important basis for mine water treatment process system design and softening process parameter selection.
