摘要
研究了复合变质处理工艺,离心铸造工艺,软化退火工艺和淬火加回火工艺对多元钨合金铸铁辊环组织和性能的影响,结果表明,离心铸造钨合金铸铁辊环具有硬度高、硬度均匀性好、淬硬层深和生产工艺简单等特点,是取代高铬铸铁辊坏和镍铬合金铸铁辊环的理想产品。
The influence of composite modifying process, centrifugal casting process, softening annealing process and quenching plus tempering process on the structures and properties of mutiple-alloying tungsten cast iron roller ring was investigated .The results showed that the centrifugally cast tungsten-alloying iron roller ring was characterized by high and even hardness, deep hardening layer and simple production process, thus it is a good substitute for high chromium cast iron roller ring or nickel-chromium cast iron roller ring.
