摘要
组建研究团队,结合手术室临床实践操作指南要求、手术医生及麻醉师意见,形成手术体位安置流程初稿。专科小组通过演示、情境模拟、查阅文献、咨询专家等方法,对安置流程进行修改和完善,形成手术室体位安置标准化流程及考核细则。2017年3月—2018年3月,对83名手术室护士进行各种专科手术体位的培训,培训方法主要采用讲授法、情境模拟、案例教学法。培训后采用问卷调查护士对教学效果的评价。护士对培训教学内容、形式及能力提升效果表示满意。
A research team was established firstly.Then the team developed a draft procedure by combing the guideline of practice in operation room and considering the suggestions from doctors and anesthetists.The draft procedure was further revised through practice,case simulation,literature search and expert consuhation to finalize the formal standardized procedures for placement of specialized positions.From March 2017 to March 2018,eightythree nurses in the operation room were trained of various specialized surgical positions by means of lectare,case simulation and case-based teaching.After training,questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the effeets of teaching. The nurses were satisfied with the contents,teaching form and ability improvement.
