摘要
目的:将介入超声应用于移植血管动静脉内篓(AVG)血栓复合手术中,研究分析具体的应用方法及其取得的效果。方法:选取2016年4月—2017年5月之间来我院进行介入超声的AVG血栓复合手术24名患者作为主要研究对象,使用Fogarty取栓术及经皮腔内血管形成手术(PTA),术中经超声引导手术后,每三个月进行超声检查,随访一年。观察超声显示手术过程的情况,统计该手术的技术成功率、临床成功率、并发症。结果:介入超声可清晰显示AVG血栓复合手术的进展,应用有效率100%,操作成功率100%,未出现明显并发症。结论:介入超声应用在AVG血栓复合手术中治疗效果佳,操作成功率高,可以作为此复合手术的有效指引手段,具有临床推广价值。
Objective Interventional ultrasound used in internal arteriovenous grafts(AVG) composite basket thrombosis surgery, research and analysis of the specific application methods and results. Methods From April 2016 May-2017 year in our hospital, interventional ultrasound AVG thrombosis complex surgery 24 patients as the main research object, and the concurrent use of Fogarty catheter embolectomy combined with percutaneous transluminal revascularization(PTA) surgery, using ultrasound as the main guide means. Ultrasonography was performed every three months after the operation, followed up for one year. To observe the ultrasound surgical procedure, after the statistics of the operation success rate, clinical success rate. Results Interventional ultrasound can clearly show the progress of AVG thrombus composite surgery, the effective rate is 100%, the operation success rate is 100%. Conclusion Interventional ultrasound application in AVG surgery in the treatment of thrombosis in composite effect, high success rate, and can significantly improve the mid-term patency rate, so it can be used as an effective means of interventional ultrasound guidance in this complex surgery, has clinical value.
