摘要
石油开采中会产生大量的钻屑,用于制备多孔吸附材料可以有效地解决其处理问题。以钻屑为原料,经过焙烧制备多孔吸附材料,研究其最佳制备条件和最佳吸附条件。结果表明,吸附材料的最优制备工艺条件为:钻屑粒度150 μm,以食品级淀粉为造孔剂,添加质量分数12%,焙烧温度760 ℃,焙烧时间2.0 h。最佳吸附条件为:原液浓度10 mg/L,吸附剂用量0.20 g,吸附时间12 h,pH值大于10,温度为40 ℃,该条件下吸附剂对亚甲基蓝的去除率高达98.9%。
A large amount of drilling cuttings are produced in petroleum exploitation,which can be used to prepare porous adsorption materials to effectively solve their disposal problems.The porous adsorption material was prepared from drill cuttings by roasting,and the optimum preparation conditions and adsorption conditions were studied.The results show that the optimum preparation conditions for the adsorption material are as follows:drill cuttings size of 150μm, food grade starch as pore-forming agent with mass percent of 12%,roasting temperature of 760℃,roasting time of 2.0h. The optimal adsorption conditions are as follows:concentration of original contaminated solution of 10mg/L,dosage of adsorbent with 0.20g,adsorption time of 12h,pH value greater than 10,temperature of 40℃,under which the removal rate of methylene blue by adsorbent reaches 98.9%.
