废弃钻井液分类处理及其效能分析 被引量:5

摘要 油气田钻井产生的废弃物污染特性极强,不同钻井液体系中的污染物性质差异较大。针对空气钻与水基钻井液产生的废弃物污染特性,采用分阶段收集、分类处理研究,进行现场试验效能对比分析。结果显示:①空钻废水与完钻废水分别经混凝处理、破胶/混凝/氧化/吸附工艺处理后,出水的主要污染指标COD降到60 mg/L以下;②完钻废弃钻井液复合固化最佳配方为:5%A固化剂+3%B固化剂+4%氧化剂+6%调整剂,处理后固体符合国家GB 18599—2001《一般工业固体废物贮存、处置场污染控制标准》的技术要求;③钻井废弃物采用分类处理技术后,废水处理成本下降28.8%,钻井废弃物处理总成本降低了25.7%。 Waste drilling fluids produced by drilling wells in oil and gas fields has the characteristics of high polluting,and the properties of different types of waste drilling fluid varies greatly.In view of large difference in wastes from air,mist and polysulfide drilling fluid technology,experiments and effectiveness analysis were studied using the technology that the waste pollutants were classified collection and treated process in stages.The results showed that:①The water quality of air drilling wastewater and the complete drilling wastewater is quite different.COD that the main pollution index of effluent,dropped below 60 mg/L after the water are respectively treated by coagulation/filtration process and broken glue/flocculation/oxidation/adsorption process.②The best compound curing formula of waste drilling liquid is 5%A curing agent+3%B curing agent+4%oxidant+6%regulator.The leacheate index of the treated solid conforms to the 1~2 level on Standard for pollution control on the storage and disposal site for general industrial solid wastes(GB 18599—2001).③After adopting the classified treatment technology,the cost of wastewater treatment was reduced by 28.8%,and the total cost of drilling waste was reduced by 25.7%.
