摘要
对压水堆核电站控制棒驱动机构钩爪部件关键动作零件用GH5605高温合金材料固溶处理工艺进行了研究,采用光学显微镜、拉伸试验、冲击试验以及硬度测试等方法,研究了GH5605高温合金不同固溶温度对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明:GH5605高温合金通过固溶处理不能完全溶解碳化物,且仍存在大量孪晶;随固溶温度的升高,晶粒长大;经过1200℃固溶处理后,合金组织均匀,具有最好的强度、塑性和韧性。
The solution treatment process of GH5605superalloy used for an important moving part of the Latch Assembly of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR)Control Rod Drive Mechanism (CRDM)was studied,and the effect of solution treatment temperature on microstructure and mechanical property of GH5605superalloy was studied by means of optical microscope,tensile test,impact test and hardness test.The results show that carbides are not dissolved totally with a great quantity of twin crystal left after solution treatment.With the increase of solution treatment temperature,the grain size increases gradually.After solution treatment at 1200℃,the alloy has uniform microstructure, the best strengths,plasticity and toughness.
