摘要
通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、万能拉伸试验机和硬度计等研究了1080~1200℃固溶温度对热轧态Inconel 601合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:热轧态合金基体为沿轧制方向拉长的奥氏体晶粒组织,同时弥散有少量氮化物,沿晶界有大量碳化物析出。随着固溶温度的升高,再结晶晶粒逐渐长大,碳化物缓慢溶解,强度及硬度逐渐降低;当固溶温度提高到1160℃时,晶粒尺寸均匀,碳化物基本全部溶解,合金的HRB硬度值由84降至71,伸长率由52%提升至70%。获得最佳力学性能的固溶工艺为1140~1160℃保温50 min。
Effect of 1080~1200℃solution temperature on structure and mechanical properties of hot rolled Inconel601 alloy is studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,hardness tester and tensile tester.The results show that the structure of the hot rolled alloy matrix is elongated austenite grain structure with less dispersed nitride,but the massive carbide precipitated along austenite grain boundary.With the increasing solution temperature,the recrystallization grain size increases gradully,the carbide dissolves slowly,the strength and hardness decreases gradually.When the solution temperature is 1160℃,the crystal grain size is uniform,the carbide dissolves completely,the HRB hardness value of alloy decreases from 84 to 71,and the elongation increases from 52%to 70%.The best mechanical properties of alloy can be obtained by solid-solution treated process at 1140~1160℃for 50 min.
