摘要
评述近年来国外低合金高强度钢生产工艺技术的发展，我国低合金高强度钢生产工艺技术的现状和存在的问题。指出工艺技术装备的进步是发展低合金高强度钢品种质量的前提和保证。
Development of HSLA steel's manufacturing technology abroad and the status and probloms of domestic HSLA steel's manufacturing technology are reviewed in this paper. It is pointed that progress in technologies and equipments is prerequisite and guarantee for development of HSLA steel's sort and quality.
