多技术联用鉴别含铜物料固体废物属性 被引量:5

摘要 根据进口铜精矿货物物理性状的不同分别进行取制样,采用X射线荧光光谱、X射线能量散射谱、X射线衍射等技术对试样进行化学成分和物相组成分析,并与铜精矿及多种含铜废物的特征参数进行比对,从而得到含铜物料固体废物的属性。结果表明:该批货物中黑色货物的物理性状及化学成分较为均匀,主要物相为黄铜矿、黄铁矿和石英,与铜精矿的相符;灰绿色货物的物理性状不均匀,不同部位的化学成分差异大,物相组成复杂,推断为铜矿渣等含铜废料在湿法冶炼过程中产生的固体废物。 The samples of imported copper concentrates were prepared separately according to the differentphysical properties.The X -rayfluorescence spectrum , X -ray energydispersive spectroscopy and X -raydiffractionwere applied to analyze the chemical composition and phase composition of the samples.The results were comparedwith the characteristic parameters of copper concentrate and a variety of copper - containing solid waste.The solidwaste characteristic of copper - containing materials was identified.The results show that the physical properties andchemical composition of the black cargo were relatively uniform , and the phases were mainly composed ofchalcopyrite , pyrite and quartz , which were consistent with those of the copper concentrate.The physical propertiesof the gray - green cargo were not uniform , the chemical composition at different locations was quite different, andthe phase composition was complex ; therefore the gray - green cargo was composed of solid wastes generated duringhydrometallurgy of copper bearingwastes , such as copper slags.
