摘要
对某铜尾矿进行选矿试验研究,采用一段磨矿、两次粗选、两次扫选、两次精选的工艺流程,药剂制度以石灰为pH调整剂和硫铁矿抑制剂、TG305为含钙、镁脉石抑制剂,TY301为赤铁矿、褐铁矿抑制剂,丁基黄药、Z-200分别为捕收剂和捕收起泡剂,较好地实现了对铜尾矿中铜、金的综合回收。闭路试验获得铜精矿含铜18.13%,含金4.87g/t,铜、金回收率分别为69.88%、52.17%。
The beneficiation test of a copper tailings was carried out.The technological processes of one stage grinding,two roughing,two sweeping and two concentrating were adopted.The reagent system was:Lime was used as pH adjusting agent and pyrite inhibitor,TG305 as gangue mineral inhibitor,TY301 as hematite and limonite inhibitor,butyl xanthate as collector and Z-200 as capturingand foaming agents respectively.The comprehensive recovery of copper and gold from copper tailings can be achieved.The copper concentrate contains 18.13%copper and 4.87 g/t gold,and the recovery rates of copper and gold are 69.88%and 52.17%respectively.
