摘要
危险废物非法处置不仅会严重污染环境,还将带来极大安全隐患,直接危害社会群体及个人财产生命安全。高磷废液具有腐蚀性、浸出毒性、毒性物质含量超限值等多重危险特性,如未得到妥善处置将会对环境造成不可逆转的损害。本研究以某生态环境事件应急处理收集的高磷废液为研究对象,通过现场理化性质定性判断与样品实验室化学定量分析等方法对废液进行危险特性鉴别,并总结高磷应急废液危险特性鉴别要点,旨在为从事生态环境监测、固体废物鉴别及生态环境保护等工作的从业者提供参考性建议。
The illegal disposal of hazardous wastes not only seriously pollutes the environment,but also brings great potential safety hazards,directly endangering the life safety of social groups and personal property.The high phosphorus waste liquid has multiple dangerous characteristics such as corrosiveness,leaching toxicity,and the content of toxic substances exceeds the limit.If it is not properly disposed,it will cause irreversible damage to the environment.This research takes the high phosphorus waste liquid collected in the emergency treatment of an ecological environmental event as the research object,through qualitative judgment of physical and chemical properties on the site and chemical quantitative analysis in the sample laboratory and other methods to identify the hazardous characteristics of the waste liquid,and summarizes the key points for identifying the hazardous characteristics of high phosphorus emergency waste liquid,aiming to provide referential suggestions for practitioners engaged in ecological environment monitoring,solid waste identification and ecological environment protection.
