摘要
湖北省是全国淡水产品第一大省,在养殖资源、加工企业、科研实力、政策扶持等方面都有较大优势。水产品深加工产业是推动湖北省渔业生产持续发展的重要动力和渔业经济的重要组成部分。然而龙头企业创新滞后、产业发展缺乏系统性攻关以及水产品加工率不高等问题成为制约湖北省由水产大省向强省转变的瓶颈。因此,要促进湖北省水产品加工业的发展,必须通过建设基地、搭建平台、开展攻关、培育主体等给予水产品加工业长期稳定支持。
Hubei Province is the largest freshwater province in China, which has great advantages in aquaculture resources, processing enterprises, scientific innovation, and policy support. Deep-processing of aquatic products is a major driving force for the sustainable development of fishery production and an important component for the development of fishery economy in Hubei Province. However, the innovation lag in leading enterprises, the lack of systematic research in industrial development and the low processing rate of aquatic products have become the bottleneck restricting the transformation to the strong province for Hubei Province. Therefore, in order to promote the development of aquatic processing industry, long-term and stable support must be given through the base construction, platform construction, key technologies development and enterprises cultivation.
