摘要
目的:探讨针灸联合尼尔雌醇片治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效及对患者生殖激素的影响。方法:92例围绝经期综合征患者依据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予尼尔雌醇片治疗,治疗组予针灸联合尼尔雌醇片治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组疗效、治疗前后临床症状评分及生殖激素水平。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组中医证候评分、Kupperman指数、LH及FSH水平均显著低于对照组,E2水平显著高于对照组,差异均有计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合尼尔雌醇片治疗围绝经期综合征,可有效提高临床效果,改善患者临床症状及生殖激素水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Nilestriol Tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its effect on the patients"reproductive hormones.Methods:A total of 92pa- tients with menopausal syndrome were randomly divided into the control and treatment groups according to the random number table.Patients were treated by Nilestriol Tablets in control group,and acupuncture combined with Nilestriol Tablets in treatment group,for three months.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score and re- productive hormone levels were compared treatment between the two groups before and after the.Results:The treatment group showed higher total effective rate than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group showed lower TCM syndrome score,Kupperman index,LH and FSH levels than control group,while E2 level was higher than control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture com- bined with Nilestriol Tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can effectively improve the clinical effect,and improve the clinical symptoms and reproductive hormone levels of patients.
