摘要
针灸治疗围绝经期综合征,临床上可运用单一针刺穴位滋肾清热,调节肾中阴阳改善脏腑功能絮乱;针刺配合耳压、走罐、隔姜灸、心理疗法治疗围绝经期综合征,疗效显著;其他疗法中腹针、穴位埋线等都有很好的疗效。电针治疗可能通过提高性激素水平而调整IGF系统的功能,达到改善内分泌功能异常;针刺和麦粒灸能调节下丘脑—垂体—卵巢轴或肾上腺轴的功能,提高血清中E2水平;针刺后诱发内β-啡肽的释放增多从而导致外周β-内啡肽水平上升,改善了神经—内分泌—免疫网络内环境及电针不同时期干预影响组织的ERa和ERβmRNA的表达。
The treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with acupuncture and moxibustion can replenish kidney essence and adjust the Yin and Yang in kidney to improve the viscera function disorder. The disease can be treated effectively with acupuncture plus ear acupoint,cupping,moxibustion with ginger and psychotherapy. Other therapies such as abdominal acupuncture and catgut implantation at acupoint have good effect. The research of mechanism includes regulation of Metabolize Serum hormone. It can adjust the IGF system function and improve the endocrine disfunction; Acupuncture and moxibustion can regulate the hypothalamus pituitary ovary axis or adrenal axis function and improve the level of E2 in serum; Acupuncture may cause changes in the release of β-endorphin to lead to β-endorphin in Peripheral blood rise and the regulation of nerve-endocrine-immunity network,which can affect the expression of ERa and ERβmRNA in different periods of acupuncture.
