摘要
目的 :分析认知行为干预对化疗期胃肠癌患者常见症状群的影响。方法 :采用配对设计将140名化疗期胃肠癌患者分配到对照组与干预组,对照组实行肿瘤科常规护理,干预组接受为期5周的认知行为干预。比较两组干预前后消化道症状群、心理症状群、能量缺乏症状群的差异,患者的疾病认知和生活质量作为次要结局指标进行比较。结果:干预组与对照组在三个症状群、疾病认知以及生活质量的比较上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知行为干预有利于改善化疗期胃肠癌患者常见症状群,这对于临床慢性病患者症状群的管理具有较大的实践意义。
Objective: To explore the effects of a cognitive-behavioral intervention on common symptom clusters of patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: Totally 140 patients were assigned using paired design to the control group with routine care of the Oncology Department and the experiment group with a cognitivebehavioral intervention for 5 weeks, respectively. The difference regarding gastrointestinal symptom clusters, psychological symptom clusters and energy deficiency symptom clusters of the two groups before and after interventions were compared. Besides, illness perception and quality of life were compared as secondary outcomes. Results: The difference between the two groups was statistically significant in terms of the three symptom clusters, illness perception and quality of life (P<0.05). Conclusion: The cognitive-behavioral intervention can help to relieve the common symptom clusters of patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing chemotherapy. This intervention will also be beneficial to the clinical management over symptom clusters of patients with chronic disease.
