摘要
目的观察认知行为疗法对慢性胃炎患者焦虑和抑郁的影响。方法选取60例慢性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予认知行为疗法。采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及满意度调查表进行评估。结果两组治疗前SAS、SDS及满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组治疗后SAS、SDS及满意度均较治疗前显著改善,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组较对照组治疗后SAS、SDS及满意度改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论认知行为疗法可显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁和满意度,临床效果显著。
Objective To observe the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy on chronic gastritis patients anxiety and depression states. Methods 60 cases of patients were divided into experiment and control group randomly. Patients in the control group received conventional care, while patients in the experiment group received cognitive behavioral therapy. The SelfRating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) and satisfaction survey score were applied to assess patients at the beginning of enrollment and after treatment respectively. Results Before treatment, the scores in both groups of patients with SAS, SDS and satisfaction survey score have no statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores in both groups of patients with SAS, SDS and satisfaction survey score have significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared to the controlled,scores improvement in experiment group have a better outcome in SAS, SDS and satisfaction survey score(P<0.05). Conclusion The cognitive behavioral therapy has a significant efficacy on the improvement of anxiety, depression states and satisfaction on patients.
