摘要
目的研究鸟巢护理应用于早产儿转运的效果及对并发症的影响。方法研究对象选取2015年6月-2016年12月由外院转入东莞市妇幼保健院NICU进一步治疗的早产儿128例,将其随机分为对照组52例和观察组76例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受鸟巢护理干预。比较两组早产儿在转运前、转运30 min、入NICU时的低体温、低血压、呼吸困难、心率异常、低血糖、低氧血症等并发症发生率。结果转运前,两组早产儿的低体温、低血压、呼吸困难、心率异常、低血糖、低氧血症等各并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),转运30 min和入NICU时,观察组各并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸟巢护理应用于早产儿转运的效果明显,能改善早产儿的呼吸、循环等功能,同时降低了并发症发生率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of nest nursing on transfer of premature babies and its effect on complications.Methods From June 2015to December 2016,128premature babies transferred from the external hospital to NICU of Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital for further treatment were randomly divided into control group (52cases)and observation group (76cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention from bird's nest.The incidence rates of hypothermia,hypotension,dyspnea,abnormal heart rate,hypoglycemia,hypoxemia and other complications were compared between the two groups of premature infants before transshipment, 30minutes after transshipment,and at the time of entry into NICU.Results Before transshipment,the differences were not statistically significant between the two groups of the low temperature of premature infants,low blood pressure,difficulty breathing,heart rate abnormal,hypoglycemia,hypoxemia,and so on (P>0.05).30minutes after transshipment,into the NICU,the incidence of complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Bird's nest nursing has a significant effect on the transport of premature babies, which can improve the respiratory and circulatory functions of premature babies and reduce the incidence of complications.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
