摘要
目的探讨新生儿科面临的护理风险与管理对策。方法通过对2014年9月至2019年9月台州市立医院发生的46例新生儿科护理不良事件的发生时间、具体原因等资料进行回顾性分析,进而制定针对性管理对策。结果纳入的46例新生儿科护理不良事件中,事件类型以皮肤损伤为主(78.26%),发生时间段以8:00~12:00最高(67.39%)、发生原因以输液外渗为主(54.35%)。结论针对新生儿护理过程中的风险因素,采取相应的护理管理措施,才能杜绝护理风险,保障新生儿安全。
Objective To explore the nursing risk in neonatology department and its management strategies.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the occurrence time and specific causes of 46 cases of neonatal adverse events in Taizhou Municipal Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019,and then corresponding management countermeasures were developed.Results Among the 46 cases of neonatal nursing adverse events,the main type of events was skin injury(78.26%),mainly happened from 8:00 to 12:00(67.39),and the main cause was infusion extravasation(54.35).Conclusion Taking nursing management measures according to the risk factors in the process of neonatal nursing can eliminate the nursing risks and ensure the safety of newborn babies.
