摘要
TRD工法是一种新型基坑隔水帷幕工法,为研究该工法在砂层中的最优工艺参数,开展室内正交试验,获得影响TRD搅拌墙性能的主控因素。依托青岛地铁庙头站基坑隔水帷幕工程,对水泥掺量和水灰比分别展开单因素影响试验,确定适用于该工程的最优水泥掺量和水灰比,对TRD工法搅拌墙实际效果进行了试成墙检验。研究结果表明:砂层含水率是影响墙体强度的最主要因素;庙头站TRD搅拌墙最优水灰比和水泥掺量确定为1. 4和24%;试成墙墙体28d平均强度满足强度设计要求,TRD工法对青岛地区富水砂层适用性良好。
TRD method is a ris perpendicular test is carried out to ing method of waterproof curtain in foundation excavation.Lab study the optimal process parameters in the sandy stratum.The main controlling factors influencing the performances of TRD mixing wall and the influence trend of different factors are obtained through the test.Against the background of Miaotou subway station of Qingdao Metro Line 1foundation excavation project of waterproof curtain,single factor test is carried out against cement content and water cement ratio,through the optimal cement content and water cement ratio applicable to the project,the practical results of TRD method cement-soil wall is tested.Research result shows that, the main factor that influence the strength of TRD mixing wall is moisture content of sand stratum,the optimal water cement ratio for TRD mixing wall of Miaotou subway station is 1.4,and the optimal cement content is 24%,the 28d average strength of the test wall satisfies the design,requirement for the strength of waterproof curtain.TRD method has good applicability for the watered sandy stratum in Qingdao.
