型钢接头对TRD围护结构稳定性影响研究

摘要 TRD内插H型钢工法因其适用性好得到广泛应用,现阶段型钢接头对TRD围护结构稳定性影响研究较少,TRD工法理论研究尚不完善。以南通轨道交通工程2号线02标出入段线明挖区间工程为分析背景,采用Midas GTS NX数值计算软件,对型钢3种不同位置处接头分节拼接工况进行模拟计算,分析了接头焊缝热影响区材料刚度受到不同程度衰减作用后对分节内插型钢TRD围护结构、基坑开挖阶段稳定性的影响。主要通过开展型钢焊缝热影响区变形、应力变化的规律研究,对分节内插型钢中的相关问题进行探讨分析,为类似工程提供一定指导意义。 The TRD method with inserted H⁃shaped steel has gained widespread application due to its good applicability.However,the influence of section steel joints on the stability of TRD enclosure structure is rarely studied,so theoretical research on the TRD method remains incomplete.In this study,the excavation section of Nantong Rail Transit Project Line 2,Section 02,was taken as the analysis background,and the Midas GTS NX numerical calculation software was used to simulate and calculate the sectional splicing conditions of the joints at three different positions of the section steel,and determine the influence of joint position and degree of stiffness reduction on the stability of the sectional inserted steel TRD enclosure structure and the excavation stage of the foundation pit.Numerical simulation methods were used to analyze the deformation and stress changes of the heat⁃affected zone of the steel weld.The study mainly focused on the related issues of the sectional inserted steel,providing guidance for similar engineering projects.
