摘要
钢渣是一种潜在的具有优良路用性能的建筑材料,可作为沥青混合料的集料。首先通过Mclead法计算出碎石封层的初步配合比,然后通过室内正交试验分析法,研究钢渣部分掺入集料中,对同步碎石封层的影响。结果表明掺入40%钢渣的碎石封层脱石率显著降低,同时层间抗剪切强度和抗拉拔强度明显增大。验证了作为碎石封层时掺入部分钢渣替代碎石集料是可行的,为依托工程采用钢渣碎石封层提供了科学依据。
The steel slag is a kind of potential excellent road performancematerial,can be used as aggregate of asphalt mixture. This paper first calculated the preliminary proportioning of the asphalt chip seal surfaceby the Mclead methodand then through the orthogonal experiment,researchedthe effect of the steel slag mixed with aggregate. The results showed that the rate of rock removal was significantly reduced by 40% of the slag,and the shear strength and tensile strength of the layer were significantly increased.It is proved to verify that some of the steel slag in the gravel sealing layer should be added to the rubble.The paper provides scientific basis for the adoption of the steel slag gravel seal.
