智力残疾学生职业高中教育支持体系研究 被引量:4

A Study on the Support System of Vocational High School Education for Students with Intellectual Disabilities

摘要 通过自编的《智力残疾学生职业高中教育支持体系现状问卷》,对东部、中部22所特殊教育学校的220名智力残疾学生职业高中教师调查发现,在智力残疾学生职业高中教育支持体系中,学校支持与家庭支持水平相对较好,政府支持与社区支持水平居中,企业支持水平相对薄弱;智力残疾学生职业高中教育支持体系现状呈现地区差异、城乡差异;支持体系的现状水平受当地经济发展水平、当地智力残疾学生义务教育普及状况,以及开办智力残疾学生职业高中教育的学校类型影响。为加快智力残疾学生职业高中教育发展,应补足企业支持短板,完善"政府—学校—家庭—社区—企业"五位一体职业高中教育支持体系;精准施策,加快中西部地区和农村地区智力残疾学生职业高中教育的发展;多样化办学,发挥不同类型学校开展智力残疾人职业教育的优势。 Using the verified questionnaire, 220 teachers from eastern and central regions of China are investigated, who are teaching in 22 vocational high school for students with intellectual disabilities. The research shows that the current status of support from the government, community and enterprise is lower than the current status of support from schools and families in five aspects. The current status of support has regional difference and rural-urban difference. Besides, the current status is affected by economic development level, compulsory education popularization for students with intellectual disabilities, and the categories of vocational high school education for intellectually disabled students. The suggestions are as follows : firstly, we should make up for the weakness of enterprise support, and perfect the five-in-one vocational high school education support system of "government-school-family-community-enterprise"; secondly, the government should take precise measures to speed up the development of vocational high school education for students with intellectual disabilities in the central and western regions and rural areas; thirdly, we should give full play to the advantages of various forms of vocational high schools.
