系统理论视域下普通学校融合教育支持系统探析

摘要 普通学校为特殊儿童提供支持需要多样化的主体协调各类资源积极实践。在系统理论视域下,普通学校融合教育支持系统是以支持来源、支持内容和支持客体为构成要素,具有整体性、层次性和开放性特征的系统。普通学校融合教育支持系统的未来发展要做到整体规划与设计、调动主体能动性和凝聚各方力量。未来研究应加强不同地区和不同类型特殊儿童的研究,以指导普通学校构建适合的融合教育支持系统。 Providing support for special children in an inclusive education environment requires a variety of subjects to coordinate the active practice of various resources.From the perspective of system theory,the inclusive education support system in ordinary schools is a system with the characteristics of integrity,hierarchy and openness,with the source,content and object of support as the constituent elements.The future development of the inclusive education support system in ordinary schools should achieve the overall planning and design,mobilize the initiative of the main body and unite the forces of all parties.Future research should strengthen the research of different regions and different types of special children in order to guide ordinary schools to build a suitable inclusive education support system.
