摘要
目的:采用Logistic回归分析法探讨HIV感染者常见中医证型的诊断规律。方法:制定中医证候调查表,收集477例HIV感染者,患者中医证型为气虚湿阻型(237例)和气阴两虚型(240例),将收集到的临床症状进行Logistic回归分析并建立预测模型。结果:筛选出可区分2类中医证型有显著贡献的5个变量:乏力、五心烦热、盗汗、皮肤瘙痒、身体困重。建立HIV感染者中医证型预测模型:P=1/[1+exp(1.155-0.758×乏力+0.694×五心烦热+0.840×盗汗-1.180×皮肤瘙痒-1.360×身体困重)];预测模型的一致率分别为81%和64%。结论:HIV感染者常见中医证型的Logistic回归模型与临床诊断吻合良好,能提高HIV感染者中医诊断的客观性和准确性。
Objective:To study the diagnostic regularity of common traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes by Logistic regression analysis.Methods:A TCM syndrome questionnaire was established to collect 477 HIV- infected patients.The TCM syndromes were qi deficiency and dampness obstruction syndrome (237 cases)and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin (240 cases).Logistic regression analysis was performed on the collected clinical symptoms and prediction model was established.Results:Five variables were selected to distinguish the significant contribution of the two types of TCM syndromes,which were fatigue,five upset fever,night sweats,skin itching and heaviness of limbs. HIV infection of syndrome type prediction model was established:P=1/[1+exp(1.155-0.758×fatigue+0.694×five upset fever+0.840×night sweats-1.180×skin itching-1.360×heaviness of limbs)].The consistency of the prediction model were 81% and 64%.Conclusion:Logistic regression model of the common traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of HIV- infected patients is well matched with clinical diagnosis,and it can improve the objectivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of HIV-infected patients.
