摘要
目的:探讨行为干预在预防控制艾滋病中的作用。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月滨海县疾病预防控制中心在管艾滋病患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,各50例。对照组接受常规干预,干预组接受行为干预。比较两组艾滋病相关知识认知情况、安全套使用情况、自我管理水平。结果:干预后,两组艾滋病基础知识、传播途径、临床症状、预防措施、私自停药危害性认知率高于干预前,干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组安全套使用情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者自我管理评分高于干预前,干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行为干预可以有效提高艾滋病患者艾滋病基础知识及预防措施等知晓率,促进安全套使用情况改善,提高患者自我管理水平,对于艾滋病的预防和控制有积极作用。
Objective:To explore the role of behavioral intervention in the prevention and control of AIDS.Methods:A total of one hundred AIDS patients in Yancheng Binhai County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and intervention group according to random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention and the intervention group received behav-ioral intervention.AIDS related knowledge cognition,condom use and self-management level were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the recognition rate of AIDS basic knowledge,transmission route,clinical symptoms,preventive measures and harmfulness of private drug withdrawal in the two groups was higher than before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,condom use in the intervention group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of self-management level in the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Behavioral intervention can effective-ly improve the awareness rate of AIDS patients with basic knowledge of AIDS and preventive measures,promote the improvement of condom use,enhance the level of self-management of patients,and have a positive effect on the prevention and control of AIDS.
