摘要
针对某电镀污泥中的有价金属,本文采用硫酸常压浸出处理,主要考察了液固比、反应时间、硫酸浓度、温度对浸出的影响。研究表明:当液固比为1∶1、反应时间0.5 h、硫酸浓度为2 mol/L、温度为30℃时,铜、镍、锌几乎全部被浸出,其浸出率分别高达95%、99%、99%以上。
In this paper,sulfuric acid atmospheric pressure leaching was used to treat valuable metals in electroplating sludge.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,reaction time,sulfuric acid concentration and temperature on the leaching were investigated.The results show that when the liquid-solid ratio is1:1,the reaction time is0.5h,the concentration of sulfuric acid is3.5mol/L,and the temperature is60℃ ,almost all copper,nickel and zinc are leached,and the leaching rates are as high as95%,99%and99%respectively.
